KEMEPOX MIOX - Epoxy anticorrosive intermediate coating
KEMOPOX - epoxy anticorrosive intermediate coating (MIOX) is a two-component intermediate coating primer based on a polyamide hardened epoxy resin. It is pigmented using micaceous iron oxide.

Application
It is used as an intermediate coating in the system of protection of steel constructions exposed to high corrosion risk. It is used for maintenance and refinishing in bridge building, industrial and chemical plants, etc. Within KEMOPOX system for protection of objects exposed to aggravated working conditions it is recommended to combine KEMEPOX-AK with KEMEPOX-MIOX. Apply on a well prepared surface using roller, brush or pumps for pneumatic or airless spraying. It should be applied only in adequate weather conditions (with minimal temp. of +10°C, maximal relative humidity of 85%, surface temperature at least 3°C higher than dew-point). KEMEPOX-MIOX provides excellent adhesion for all types of alkyd, polyurethane, nitrocellulose, epoxy and other top coats.
