AQUALUX Wood primer - Basecoat for all types of wood
AQUALUX Wood primer is used as basecoat for all wood types prior to application of AQUALUX varnish. It is made of high-quality water-dilutable acrylic resin and pigment.
This product is:
- ecologically acceptable
- non-toxic
- non-flammable
Application
Wood surface has to be dry, slightly sanded and dust-free. Do not apply it in strong sun or temperatures below +10°C.
Stir well prior to application!
It can be applied using brush or roller. Thinning is usually not needed, but if necessary it can be done using tap water (max 5%). If the paint is to be sprayed on, it needs to be thinned so as to obtain viscosity of 25-30 seconds by 4Din 53211.
Overcoat interval
16 hours.
After usage wash the tools with water!
Coverage
0,75 litre is enough for covering 8-10 m2 surface with one coat of paint, depending on how it is applied and the thickness of the coat.
