KEMOLUX façade preservative basecoat is based on acrylic binder and organic solvents.

Thinner

Façade preservative basecoat should not be thinned.

Application

It can be applied using brush or roller, and tool should be washed using a synthetic thinner. Prior to application of KEMOLUX façade paint, surfaces made of aerated concrete, highly absorbent renders, gypsum, panels and plywood, chipboards and old mineral coatings  must be treated with preservative basecoat.  In other cases this is not necessary, but it is recommended thinning the first coat of façade paint with 20-25% of KEMOLUX façade preservative basecoat.

2-5 m²/L in one coat, depending on the surface absorption and roughness.
