KEMOLUX Façade paint -
KEMOLUX façade paint is based on acrylic binder and organic solvents. It has excellent adhesive properties, it is weather, alkali, salt and industrial gases resistant. It is water vapour permeable and light resistant.

It comes in white colour, but the system for machine tinting "Chromos Svjetlost" enables obtaining a whole range of shades from our tint-card and other tint-cards.
Application
It is intended for protection and decoration of exterior and interior surfaces made or render, brick, fibre-cement boards, aerated concrete etc. on building construction and civil engineering objects. Surface needs to be dry, firm and clean. It can be applied in two coats using brush or roller, with 24 hours interval between applying the next coat. Prior to application of façade paint, surfaces made of lime-cement render with sea sand, concrete with and aerated concrete need to be treated with KEMOLUX façade preservative basecoat. Operating temperature can be as low as -10°C, provided that surfaces remain dry and that they have not frozen.
Coverage
6-8 m2/L in one coat, depending on the surface absorption and roughness.
